Applications are invited for researcher positions based in the AM-Lab at South China Normal University

1) The primary research directions of AM-Lab:

Our lab primarily employs a diverse array of cognitive and neural techniques, such as psychophysics, eye-tracking, scalp and intracranial EEG, fMRI, and modeling, to investigate the neural basis of human cognition. The domains on which we focus much attention encompass attention, memory, learning, language, computer vision and memory reconstruction. Our overarching goal is to unveil the fundamental mechanisms that underpin basic cognitive abilities.


2) Supporting units and funds of AM-Lab:

SCNU is a national "Double First Class" university. Its psychology has been rated as A+ by the Ministry of Education and ranked second in the 2023 China's Best Subject Rankings. Psychiatry and psychology have also entered the top 1% globally in the ESI rankings.

At present, we have abundant fundings and are supported by the Talent Launch Fund of SCNU, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Major Fund, and two major technological innovation 2030 projects.
